Is this a stock part for 14?

I was looking at a new 14 Pro yesterday and seen this tensioner on it. Was wondering if anyone knew if this was a stock or aftermarket part. I havent heard any mention of it from anyone who has picked up their 14's yet and this 14 Pro had other aftermarket parts on it already, so its a good chance it isnt stock, but wondering if anyone knew.

No, that idler system was developed by the owner of Fire-n-Ice Vents. It keeps the belt from ballooning out on deceleration and crawling up/out of the pulley cogs and then getting sheared off when you hammer on the throttle again. From what I know, there is very little tension added by the idler system.

As for the other aftermarket parts, the dealer installed the SLP stage 2 or 3 kit on that 2014.
