Sounds like a scam to me.
lol! yea i was thinking the same thing.
He also thinks an Apex is a Ski Doo. Tulsa, OK is not exactly in the middle of the best riding area in the country.
Looks like he is trying to jack somebody out of the $500 down.
wow seems awful cheap, you would think the super charger alone would cost that much. Also two spots say pickup or arrange shipping and another says free shipping, then under the description it says its a 2-stroke, hmmm seems kind of fishy!

3. Says not to "buy it now" with out approval because he wants you to email him first so he can sell it to you outside of ebay and start the scam.
4. Says not to communicate through ebay, but to email him directly, trying to talk and sell out side of ebay to start the scam.
If you email him and ask for a phone number and are lucky enough to get one just ask him a few basic questions about the sled and he won't have a clue what to say, and/or he will have a accent to prove he is out of the country. Then he will ask you to send him money through Western Union and will not accept paypal or a regular certified bank check.
