Is there any riding near Pinesdale, WY??

Just curious as I may inquire about buying a lodge out on Fremont Lake. That would be a dream come true for my wife and I. However, if I buy a lodge out west I would like to cater to snowmobilers for sure....

around the lake no but about 15 mins north west of pinedale is horse creek/ merna tons of nice places and there is endless riding!! buy a cabin there!!

I guess you haven't ridden the palisades area or the tetons...

If you are considering buying a lodge of fremont there isnt any riding in that area. Like stated up above there is riding north of Pinedale about 10 miles in the Wyoming range "Horse Creek Area". There are no "lodges" in that area. There is a lodge out the Green River Lakes area, called "the place" that in the past has catered to snowmobile riders but no longer does.

The closest lodges that specifically cater to snowmachiners are the Goose Wing and the Line Shack Located on the Union Pass road.
