I have been trying to get a hold of Survival On Snow to get a part for my shovel. I have emailed and faxed them but no one has called back and the phone number off of their website is not working. Does anyone know if they are still open for business? Thanks.

Ok well for some reason if SOS is still open they do not want to get back to me VERY frustrating. Does anyone know of anybody that just sell a good saw that would fold up and be able to keep in back pack or on a bag on the tunnel? Just don't want to buy a whole new shovel if I don't have to. Thanks.

hmm that is strange they got back to me right away you can get them at most hardware stores
I emailed them a few months ago asking the same question and they got back to me with an answer and now nothing. Kind of stinks because I like the shovel. Do you mean I can buy the blade for the saw at a hardware store? I never even thought of looking there. I have not looked that close at how the blade mounts to the shovel handle. I will tonight when I get home.
