Is my kid a redneck

I am but that's beside the point.

So for Xmas and a January birthday we got my 2 yearold son stuffed animal elk and deer heads to mount on his bedroom walls. After we hung up the heads he asked me only the way a 2 yearold could if we could gut his big teddy bear so we could hang the teddy bear rug on the wall too.

That's classic.

Thats awesome! LMAO! Did you end up filleting that teddy bear?

Teddy bear in tact but I'm thinking it would be a good first lesson in field dressing wild game.

He went on his first hunt when he was 3wks old on the White Sands Missle Range for Oryx, we shot a nice one too but he doesn't remeber.

Damn you even found camo for him...nice! :beer; Ya that would be good way for him to learn field dressing!

thats great.
the first time my daughter now 4, watched bambi my wife heard her rummaging around in the toy box, she came into the living room to find her resting a toy gun on the coffee table. when laurie asked what was up my daughter replied, shh. i'm hunting deer.:D

to this day she wants me to shoot every deer we see.

lol...hope you don't have a pet cat or anything; might come home one day to him cheerfully playing in the yard with his tonka trucks while the cat's hide is tanning in the sun :)

Yes, when we look at animal books, cats are called targets. He is addicted to you tube elk videos and snowmobile videos. On sunday we switch between helmets falling down (football) and hunting shows!

He's not a Red Neck, he's a "Good Ole Boy". There's a difference you know.
