Irwin again------now with pics of freeride films crew

Heading down on friday evening, riding sat. If it looks like better weather than the forecast shows we'll ride sunday also, but looks like crap so far.

So far we just have 3, it'd be cool to have 2-3 more.

Reid & tony from Freeride films and their buddies Brian & Kyle are a great crew to ride with, good times!!

I finally got a nice day to get a ton of pics, blew off 800+ frames, I got about 10 good shots!!

Those are some huge hits! I was up at Irwin on last Thursday. Some of the scrathes you saw were ours. Nothing as big as yours. Some of those must have hurt. The snow was NOT soft on the landings! Any sore backs?

Yep, I'm tha king of cut'n'paste!

If you set the shot up right (frame it so you see the whole jump in the view & don't move the camera,then hold down the shutter), it's really easy as long as you're not trying to make it look different than it was, if you want to make something look bigger than it is, it's a ton of work!

The boys will be around CO for another week I think, if you get a chance to ride with them, take it, they're good guys!

Yeah, it was a great day, we did pics/film the first half, then the boys had to go work with some CB riders (at the resort) so we had the afternoon just Abby, Mike & I, good mix.

Not exactly a huge pow day, fun stuff, but kinda stiff landings.. I went as big as I needed to!

I want to be there on a 3-4 foot day, there's some drops that BEG for big pow!!!!

Holy crap, those drops are sick! Great pictures! It looks so easy when you see people like yourselves do it. But, when you get up there and get to the edge, it is a different story. I am doing little drops, but nothing like that. I will eventually get the nads to hit the big ones.
