well i got my plastics today i got the right side on in about an hour fit is ok definitly some gap issues. hardest part seems trying to make the sidepannel fit and "look" decent. i really like to look but i dont think iam going to make it fit without makeing it look crappy because iam trying to keep from cutting some parts on my sled incase i cant make this work

painting my plastics tomarrow "white" the plastics are actually starting to come together better then i thought

i got both left and right belly pans painted today sanded them with 80grit little rough but i want it to stick, i used bulldog paint adhesive then sprayed them flat white. they have been dry four 2-3 hours and i tried scraping the paint off with my fingernail none come off so should take some abuse without showing the real color of the plastics "blue"

i will post pics tomarrow night of them on the sled should look pretty sweet with my black tunnel

finaly got the plastics all sanded and painted, i got callases on my finger tips not took forever to do but i wanted to do the best i could i didnt want the paint flakeing off its pretty hard to scratch off with my finger nail now should have it all done by the end of next week mountian fit is going to help me with the hood situation needs some minor modifications to fit good

surpriseing how well it all fits there were some gaps in the shock tower areas but i took a heat gun got it real how used leather gloves and was able to make it fit alot better

Hey dart, how much more room for say, 1 more pipe in there do you have with the new plastics. Don't worry about any other part of that loaded question, just wondering.

i think its actually narrower than stock so less room "maybe" but theres alot more room height wise i would say its at least 4in higher.


i did some more playing with the heat gun got everything to fit alot better, just really need to get a good because i can push the bottom part of the belly pan up more wich changes my height of where the the side pannel connects to the hood. the higher up it gos the better it fits down by the stirrup
