IQ440-05 bottom end, 06 top end... will this work??

Will the 06 top end work on the 05 bottom end? Will I have to change anything, like unhook the holeshot button? I have a 05 iq440 and the one cylinder lost all compression. My dealer doesn't know if it will work... figures since there wouldnt be any money it it for him. Any help would be great. THanks!!

I would also be using the 05 ev assembly's if it was possible as the 06 wouldnt come with it.
