My daughter is raising Great Danes for an ag project in hs.

We will have 3 females and two males. Gentle dispositions.

Hoping to find a multi collar wireless fence......

Thanks for thoughts.

Had great luck with these. Old man and i both have them for our Boxers. They learn quick.

Install is simple. I rented a heavy duty sidewalk edger (not a handheld/trimmer style). Then just use like a paint stir stick to help push line into the ground, step on the sides, pushing the ground closed. If you get a few spots that ya need to touch up, i found a sidewalk ice scraper to work well. Push it in and kinda rock it side to side and it would really open the ground up.

Stubborn dog collar/kit is a must unless you have ankle biters, it also uses 9v batteries instead of expensive lithium batteries. Make sure you use the surge protectors, and keep a spare if you are in high lightning area. We went thru two units before petsafe developed the surge protectors.

Sorry, missed the wireless part... Have been around a couple, none that i liked. Dont let the wires scare ya, install really is not bad. Its also way more versitile. We maximized our lots to allow as much free roam as we wanted, and have wire run in front of garages, so they can come in the garage, and not go out the open garage doors etc.

No idea how your lot/land is like though, and how youre wanting to contain them.

Buy one setup, and work with each dog individually, to see how they respond. It should be easier to get them used to the collar without 4 others theyre paying attn to. As well as, saving the cost of 4 extra collars until you know it works for your dogs.

Have had Dog Watch Hidden Fence for many years, two different dogs. Works great.

Just to be clear, the dog is invisible, correct?

Cuz an invisible fence...........well that's just silly.

I have the PetSafe wireless radio fence for my 2 dogs. Used it with my old Great Dane as well. Nice thing is, you can use multiple collars and its portable. So if you go camping at a campground or go to a another house, just plug it in and your good to go.

I farm 3000 acres, so maximizing lot size is not a big issue, just trying to keep them out of the road.

The pet safe sounds like what I'm hunting for.

Have one dog that is invisible in the dark, a black dog at least looks like a shadow, this thing is the color of night.
