Introducing 2010 Yamaha NYTRO Better Boards

Hey gang...good news for the Nytro crowd. New tapered tunnels for 2010 in all track lengths and varieties with Better Boards ready to go. Also 08-09 Nytro owners can buy either the Better Boards to fit the stock footbed or the new tapered version if they want to do the custom tunnel cut to narrow down the footbed and rear end. Great work by the custom mtn crowd and Yamaha is listening. Special edition blackie is just sweet!

So, do you have a kit that puts your boards and the new tunnel rear end on a 09???

Nope but you can check out moto-psyco and ottis' custom build ups and duplicate what they did. This 2010 model will just make the customization process that much easier (no need to trim plus once there is production I'm certain you can buy the outer extrusion from Yamaha as a replacement part). Maybe we will offer a complete kit in the future but it wasn't my idea and I don't want to step on any of these guys' toes who are pioneers in this great idea. If they say go and it's viable we'll pursue it.

I have a 09 XTX that I would be interested in adding your b-boards. Do they work with this sled? I also notice when I bounce on the very front of the stock boards I feel flex near the toe hole. Do these board extend into the toe hole? This would be good. When are these available?

Got an '08 MTX...do your boards stiffen the boards / tunnel alot?

On the models that I installed and rode I felt like they stiffen and support the factory boards significantly. With this product you remove the factory stiffening support and replace with the Better Boards. I also believe that is the general consences from a vast majority of our customers on the NYTRO models.

Nytro boards

Robs Better boards are a must have for a Nytro. They stiffen the tunnel up and get rid of snow.
Also his customer service is second to none.....I rode with Rob this last weekend, and when he seen my sled he noticed some of the powdercoating was peeled off. Earlier in the year I hit a stump underneath the betterboard and it bent it up and cracked the powdercoat. So Rob was going to take my board and re powdercoat it. I told him it was not necessary because it was not his fault that it was flaking off. But he insists that I send it to him later on to get it fixed.
