My 03zx 800 has 430 mains stock and a 04 800 rev has 400 mains stock. The motor's are the same and same dpm right? Did Doo figure that the 03 was to rich.
To add to this my 02 800 had 500 mains! Richer yet, Now I know that some 03 and in 04 all ??? the carbs have hooded needle jets and work way better at drawing fuel out of the bowl, = smaller mains. I installed a set of hooded needle jets into my 02 and droped to 410 mains- 2500-6000 feet, Dino
