I am working on my yamadoo and I am building a new intercooler for it. I had one we built last year and I did not run a diffuser plate on the carb end tank. I am wondering what peoples thoughts are on a diffuser plate to even the airflow out of the intercooler tubes before it enters the velocity stacks? I was thinking a pc of aluminum that runs the entire width bent at a 60 degree angle so it would look like this < !.
