Intake / Pre Filters By Frogzskin

Hello Jason,
Thank you for your interest in Frogzskins. I am personally aware of the situation as I have an '06 Switchback that has those same sponge filters. I have developed a Frogzkin just for that application. I apologize for not getting onto the website sooner but things have been very brisk. Please review the attached photo.

We have two separate kits available for this. The direct 2 piece replacement kit for '05-'08 is P/N F0058 and retails for $14.95. The IQ Big Air Intake kit (P/N F0055 $31.95) contains the replacement pieces as well as two additional pieces to apply to the side of the intake. Very similar to the newer application spot, holes will need to be drilled to allow additional air flow for them.

Also in the picture is the Headlight Adjustment Dial Cover (P/N F0056 $6.95) This prevents snow from entering the airbox around the adjustment dial.

If you are interested in ordering these or if I can be of further assistance please give me a call.

Thanks,
Wayne Nicholson

I sent an email off to Wayne indicating that his website needed updating. He did the best he could to get the website updated but his website guy is out of town.

Two products are on the site. Not sure if there are pictures available or not at this time.

I got the nose and hood vents for 09 D8, the nose ones went on easy, the hood ones looks like i need to remove the vents to install. While installing them i realized they will look good, but get beat-up in the spring. Not sure if i'd bother with them again. Hope they keep water out of the engine compartment to keep it nice?

Show a pic of the nose vents. Wondering what they look like. I took mine off and cut prefilter material and hot glued them in place so my '05 900 wouldn't pack snow in front of the SLP airbox, which is strategically (same as strategery?) placed right behind those nose vents! Very smart! Not. It would pack up on a good snow day and run like crap. I did the same for my D8 just to keep the pipe from discoloring too. Good mod in my book! Just bought the headlight dial cover and couldn't see any other extra special gotta haves for Poo though.
