Intake manifold came loose?

Riding yesterday and manifold popped off and sled immediately went rough and a/f jumped to 20. Stopped found the problem and pushed on the right side of manifold that came loose. Didn't have wrench to tighten and Popped off one more time on ride home but just put right back on. Any reason it would do this other than just loosening of clamp or freak thing? 2010 nytro push turbo 7 lb boost. Thanks.

spay rubber boots with hair spay & take spacers out of clamps usually does the trick.
if it continues you can strap it down,most kits now have it strapped down now a days.

My push kit did that to me constantly even with the right stuff or hair spray. Strap the manifold down is the only way I found to keep it on.

I run mpi's intercooler now and it bolts to the throttle bodies, no problems now and way more boost than before.

What do you do or use to strap it down?

I used universal exhaust pipe strap, it's thin flexible and has holes pre drilled into it. You could stainless zip ties too.

seen a few guys use a small ratchet strap too.
