intake boot gasket?

I bought a used set of intake boots from an 08 700. I am using them on a different motor for something so I cant reference anything else, but 1 side came with a gasket and the other did not. I tried looking up the part #'s for the gaskets to get some ordered, but cannot locate any information on them. The fiche doesnt show there are any gaskets there that I can see. I am pretty sure they are needed. Can someone point me in the direction where I can get these gaskets or a part # for them? Thanks

There are no gaskets there - the factory reed cages have a rubber seam in them to seal the mating surface. That gasket is probably from a V-force or similar aftermarket reed set.

Thank you for that information.. I am going to be running these on a 600HO carbed motor.. I dont have it here, but do you or anyone know off hand if the reeds on the 600 HO also have this rubber seam seal on it?

Rocket is correct. You will need to order some paper gaskets. Tell them you need them for some V-Force Reeds as they use paper gaskets.

I dont have Vforce reeds and wont be using them.. Does the 600HO reed cage have the rubber seal on them like the 600 CFI reed cage? I dont have mine here so I cant check right now..

The reed cage I have, has the rubber seal so its all good.. no need for gaskets or silicone.. :face-icon-small-ton

Thanks everyone for the information!
