Install holtz skid on stock rails 09 dragon

Can any one tell me where I need to mount the older style holtz setup on my 2009 dragon rails it has a 163 track. Where do I need to drill new holes ?

Call holz the were very helpful. I have a holz skid and they gave me the complete setup
