INS. On pro HOLLY CRAP

no tickets, nonthing on record. I have house, bass boat, two trucks. insured with them. They quoted me full coverage 2013 pro rmk progressive 1700.yr
safco 3800yr. Any Idaho guys in the Boise area konw of anything? Thanks

that doesn't sound right at all. I have progressive.

Prem last yr was $717 yr:
2012 Pro w/ turbo
$5000 accessory coverage
$1000 deductibles
one speeding ticket on my record (charged me extra for that)

This year for my 2013 Pro(no turbo) i paid $222 - i dropped collision & just have comprehensive (theft coverage).

dont pay monthly, progressive charges hefty for that.

I bought mine through AAA, but you can get the same rate if you just call 800-Progressive & go direct. One word of caution, no matter what they tell you, go take pictures of your sled & email them in so they have proof of the condition of our sled.

WOW thats a ton of money. I just bought a 2012 Pro hold over brand new. I insured it through Montana farm bureau federation insurance for $187.00 a year.

accessories of $3000
deductible $250

I also called progressive and it was something like $1400 for the year. but they advertise on tv as the leader in cheapest recreation insurance. What a joke..

I have a 2013 XM and my son has a 2012 Pro and both are right around $300 per year through State Farm.

I pay $103 a month here in SK Canada. $1236 a year for full coverage on my 2012 600 rmk base model. Sleds are an exrtremely high risk item to insure up here becasue of the massive amount of theft that occurs. It sucks but i'd rather have it than not have it.

stay away from Progressive. 2011 pro 800, 182.00 a year. cheap enough but, tunnel got landed on by another sled. adjuster came to look at sled, didn't care if i got an est. from my dealer, he just low balled me. his est was for a tunnel, bumper and 2-155 decals plus 14.6 hrs. labor. he asked where i would have it fixed thencalled 3 different dealers, none of which was my dealer, and 1 of the three was 3 hrs. away. this accident happened right after x-mas and i am still dealing with it. progressive est. 4066.00, my dealer est. was 6411.00. probably settled today for a little over 5000.00 i'm giving my agent a chance tommorrow to find a different company through her indepedant agency that is competively priced. already checked out allstate. allstate will insure my 3 sleds and kawi mule for 25.00 more than the 3 sleds at progressive....thanks for reading my rant!
