Sounds like you need to do either the Sensor Heater Calibration or the Free Air Calibration (same video) of the LC-1. You can do it through your XD-16 gauge HERE.
Might also want to make sure that your ground is grounded to a solid location like the plate where the ECU is mounted. When you have a spare minute you will want to ground that plate with good marine grade tinned wire to the motor mount and chassis to avoid the known ECU-Reg issues. Good luck. EW
