It's funny the article says the injuries including a broken femur did not appear life threatening. Anybody who has take any emergency care training would know that a femur break is considered life threatening. Probably why they chose to fly him out.

Very true. Pretty much anyone that breaks their femur gets life flighted. One of the worst bones to break i would think

I hate when I break major bones and don't feel it for a few hours.

Hope the guy is ok, good thing it was a beautiful day and they were able to get him out OK.

Agreed Chad, if I could have felt it they would have come and got me. I too am glad they got him off the mtn.
