thats pretty cool. Thats a big difference in the amount of spray.
a tad more high tech than the old school hand pump, needle valve, and gauge setup i use for testing diesel injectors
So what did this test tell you ? are you flow matching them at your shop ?

Injector testing
This machine can do all kinds of tests and RPM etc
Video is just one of the many tests this machine can do.
low RPM and not max flow is where we are looking to match and test injectors.
Even brand new ones are rarely match or done right.
Apex fuel rail design always plugs up one injector on end.
Pretty hard to tune a motor with one cly at 10 to 1 A/R and the other ones at 13 to 1.
