In what order should I add goodies?

Ok, so I think I'm gonna try to pick up ONE extra goodie for my sled this season and I've narrowed it down to what I want, I'm just hung up on the order I should do them in, so lookin' for opinions on what order to go in....

The sled so far is an '05 M7 w/RKT head and porting, slight weight redux, ice scratchers, and Better boards....

1. New seat; probably a 2010 Cat seat.
2. New skis; was eyeballing the USI triple threats.
3. Can; Pretty set on a Skinz Super-Q
4. Cat Adjustable riser; really like this new feature and my buddies' seems to be holding up well...
5. Side vent kit; Probably the ones made on here by M-ATE or KennethBenson.
6. Say eff it, pull the rope and ride the damn thing.

I say seat!!! I love my BOSS!! Cant ever think of riding on the stock one agian!!

if you are really only going to do one i would do #5 and move right along to #6. keep her running cool so you can ride it hard. just ride powder and your azz shouldn't know you don't have a $600 seat:)

If you decide to go with the seat the cheapest place I have been able to find is DirtCheapSnow.com they are $257.36 and anything spent over $50 is free shipping

x3 on the seat. Get rid of that heavy, low, soft sponge AC calls a seat and you'll never look back. I actually go back and forth on the vent thing. I don't have any on my M8 and two of my buddies don't have them on there M1's she runs great *knocks on wood*

P.S. skis don't do s%$t in powder

My personal opinion on the adjustable steering post......first realize I put it on my '08 M8 and like it, BUT.......once I added the '10 seat with it being 3" higher I leave the adjustable post full up all the time including on the trail. Stock seat yes it was nice to move down but with a high seat there does not seem to be a need to bother. Probably better off just doing a fixed 3" rise and save some coin if you get a '10 or Boss seat.

I have a 09 M8 sno pro adjustable steering post I will sell for $100 plus shipping if someone is interested. Might be a little bent, but check, they all are - just read Frostbite's listing post thread :D

Go with some side panels or a can, with a can your looking at around 10lbs of weight loss, you should be able to find a good used can for cheap in the swapmeet section, and if you go to a sheet metal shop and bring your sidepanels in, they can make you a set for 20bucks. and just pick up some petscreen and rivets at menards. my .02

the thing thats not on your list. PIPE. more power. 10 cat seat is nice but the only time it gets used is on the tired ride back to the truck. can you loose some weight and it sounds good, but if you did the pipe and can you gain 10-14hp and loose weight.

Look'n or Cook'n

your list is short but maybe your expectations are.......elsewhere.

If you want to go, you need clutch help. If you want confort while your waiting for the M7 to move.....your list is right on.

Thought about this, but I would need a Fuel control box if I got a pipe since I'm running the RKT head. This automatically puts a pipe out of my price range...:(

What do you think I need for clutch help? I think I've pretty well got my clutching where I want it; seems good enough for me anyways.

Also I know there is no sort of engine mods listed; this is due to the fact that someday when I have money I would spend it on a Turbo setup. No sense in buying things I'm just going to have to take off later....

That and if you notice my ideas are all ~450 and under. LOL.
