i am looking for a sled work stand. i see some companies offer long track/short track versions, various lifting methods, and of course there is the cheep china made junk on the market as well. im not using this thing to wrench on sleds day in and day out, so i dont need the best of the best. i am looking for an average, middle of the road lift that will balance my long track well. any suggestions?

i bought an engine gooseneck lift..2ton lift up to 72 inches high 180.00 on sale..
i find you only need to lift up the back or the front...seldom both at the same time...and 72 inches is far better then what the regular sled lifts raise...jmo

I bought The Sled Bed made in Iowa last summer. Very well made, can hold any length sled and works great for ATV's also. They also make a drive on, drive off snowmobile dolly system.

I read good things about that setup on another sled site, but the company's website no longer exists. I couldn't find anyone selling them either....

That picture you posted is of the Sno Pro lift with wheels, a great unit, works well for even 166" equipped sleds.

$88 shipping to me in in the states. I found a US made lift shipped to me for cheaper than that. One would hope its better quality, but who knows anymore now days....

What is out there for top of the line? Thought about a motorcycle lift but still need something that holds a sled with no suspension

motorcycle lift then build a rack thingy to hold the sled without a suspension. This allows working on bikes, quads, lawn mowers etc with the same tool.
