Can not get Cat replacement primary clutch parts anymore and are made to buy an complete new clutch? Here is your solution,do no throw your clutch out. I now carry all replacement moveable sheave bushings,cover bushing,pins,rollers,spacers,etc for the 30/33/35mm clutches. These are parts no longer made or carried by Cat for customers to repair there worn clutches. Let me know what you need or you can send your clutch to me for the repairs.

Finally! Was wondering when someone was going to do this? I cleaned my dealer out of all his spider rebuild kits but the movable sheve bushing has been a problem for me, now I know! Where are you located?

Hi,
Looking for parts to rebuild a 2001 Pantera 1000 triple primary. The spider is seized on in the wide open position meaning there is about an inch of shaft sticking out above the outside end of the clutch. Weights fall around freely if you turn the clutch upside down and back up. Bushings and rollers spin freely. I was told that the heat probably destroyed the shaft bushing but I may have misinterpreted what he said as I have no idea what I'm talking about. I can send the clutch to you if you prefer to look at it or if you know that it is a waste of time because it is toast just let me know.

I was told that I can only use the clutch specifically made for the 2000-2001 pantera as the torque will build heat and destroy shaft bushings in other 9 tower primaries and seize them up. I ordered a 0746-795 from catdeals but would like this one fixed as a spare if at all possible.
