Cheap gear? Or, something like Klim? Any dealership will carry Klim. Recreation Outler on State Street and I think about 3200 South always has cheap ski and snowboard gear.

Cycle Gear on 11400 in Sandy has good prices on Klim but MotoFrugals in Lindon probably has a better selection
