Anyone hear any reports for upper Entiat or Camp 4 off north shore of Chelan? I noticed that the temp hasn't gone up in that area like it has in the North Cascades? The ridge on top from the gold creek south fork access rd usually gets quite a bit of lake effect snow off of Chelan and I see the temp has not gone above 32 for weeks even at only 4k ft where Harts is well above 40 today and yesterday at 6800ft.

I live in Waterville. If the fog ever lifts I'll let you know if I can see white stuff on Devil's Backbone. Stormy was looking pretty bare though.

But what you're missing is the info. on the inversion that's been perpetuating for a couple of weeks and continues to do so. It's colder down lower in the valleys where there is no snow and warmer up high. i.e. on Sunday at my place in Mazama it never broke 32F (2300'). I drove up Hwy. 20 and it was 54F at the top of Washington (5500').

Go figure. All part of the ****ty winter thus far.
