How does Impulse return the turbo oil to the engine on their Nytro kits?

There oil return is 3/8. I did have an issue with mine. But, this is on a RX1.
Yes I know Paul doesnt make RX1 kits. I brought a header for an apex, down pipe, turbo support bracket, oil drain. Then used a mcx intercooler & did the rest myself. When the engine was cold, it would smoke worse than a 2smoker. It was bad!, once the engine was warm, nothing. Being anal & a tech I couldnt live with it. Gather fittings from all over the place, went to 5/8 steel braid. I drain to the mag housing just like before, smoking is gone. So going from 3/8 to 5/8 cured my issue, again I say this isnt an Impulse kit. No fault of Impulse, Paul even suggested a bigger line to me. I havent heard of anybody haveing problem on nytro's. I have a restricted orfice in the supply line also.
Maybe the nytro engine has lower oil pressure? No idea, Paul told me that 4cylinders have over 80psi on a cold engine. He also suggested different oil. Nothing worked for me until 5/8 line, but thats my sled.
