Thanks AA, I appreciate your push on my seats.

To answer to this thread I am the only custom seat builder for the Nytro Impulse Kit. I was one of the first Impulse Kit owners and I saw the need for a custom seat so I developed one. There is another option available in the Assault seat .

There are some benifits to the Motleyone Kustom's Seat.
1. It is fully customizable.
2. You choose the firmness (soft, medium or firm)
3. You choose how high you want it. (measure from the tunnel up).
4. You choose your color.
5. You choose how wide you want it at the top.
6. Custom embroidery is available at an additional cost.
7. Our seat has a leaner, more streamline profile than the Assault seat. We could have made it more bulky with storage room but I felt the seat would hinder rider comfort and manouverability in the mountains. I have had many, many riders tell me that the Assault seat is just to big.

The seat is very easy to put on and take off. We use your stock seat and remove the majority of molded plastic bottom. We fit the cut seat over our tank then reform a new bottom that fit's exactly to the Impulse Tank. We use Kevlar and resin to form the new bottom. We create a nut plate that is enclosed in the Kevlar and resin on each side of the seat. We include a bar that runs under the tank to each side. You then simply use bolts to attach the bar into the nut plates and tighten it down. We also use an aggressive rubber pad that is attached to the bottom of the seat that sits directly on the tank. This helps ensure that the seat does not slide on the tank. We keep a couple of sparee seats in stock to work on immediately after recieving an order. This way we don't have to wait for your seat to be shipped to us before we can begin working on your new seat.

If anyone is interested in a seat just pm me. It takes about 2-3 weeks from order date to get you your seat. You pay to ship us your old seat and I will pay to ship you back the new one.

Thanks
Kevin

I just picked up Motleyone's seat for my Impulse. It feels far better for me since I am only 5'10". If you are a tall guy the Assault seat is fine. They are both very comfortable to sit on. The Assault seat is just too high for me. The Motleyone's seat like the Assault seat is top quality. If the price is equal I would go with Motleyone.

I have the Assault seat I am 6'1" the seat is way to big for mountain riding. I like the height of it for just sitting down and and trail riding but that isn't what I have $25,000 mountain sled for. It feels like your riding a barrel and is to tall to easily swing your leg over. My seat is also loose and moves around a lot.

That being said I have one of Kevin's seat on its way:face-icon-small-hap
