I'm having difficulty calling MotoTrax... Any info on this?

So I paid my invoice for the shipping on the updated parts about a week ago and haven't seen any pkg yet. I've been trying to reach them with no luck. Emailed Zak and customer service. All numbers say they are no longer in service. Anyone able to contact them or heard anything about what is going on?

I'm Sorry people are having a hard time getting a hold of us. I have been in contact with our service provider and they are working to figure out why we aren't able to receive international calls. International callers should be able to reach us at 208-874-4699, this is our local number and we are in the process of changing this on our website as well. Thanks!

I heard Helico was spotted flying overhead the shop in a helicopter. A few large drums where seen rolled out of the helicopter onto the building....then an explosion that was visible from Montana.

No one has been seen or heard from since.

800 # rings thru to the directory just fine for me. Took about 2 weeks to get my parts after paying the invoice, and I am only 1 day UPS ground shipping away from them.

Ya, I've never had a problem either, but now I can't reach anyone and nobody is responding to my emails. 800# says that my call can't be routed and the local number says that it is no longer in service. Seems funny to me. Idk
