im considering buying a 08 800 xp

ive rode one and absoutely loved it and am thinking about buying one. i know they've had some warranty recalls but i need some input on how they run after all that is done. ive read a lot about the belts blowing and throttles sticking is that before or after the warranties are done and do i still have to spend a lot of money on after market parts to elimate the problems. i just dont want to spend a good chunk of change to buy one and have nothing but problems. any input is greatly appreciated.:D

our 08 x has 2000+ miles and after the motor was aligned have had NO issues--aligned motor at 400 miles and got 1200 miles out of the next belt---another 400 and the belt still looks new:D:D-my grandson love the sled and plans on riding it for a couple more years---

I love my 08 163"! It handles extremely well and the power is very strong compared to the other 800's out there. I have 1100 miles on mine. Once all the updates are complete, you should be good to go.

Updates:
Handwarmers
Driveshaft
Wiring harness at the rear of tunnel
Alignment of motor and clutches.
