Finally!! The tickets are bought and reservations made. Me and my brother are coming over "the pond" this february and will stay at Beaver Creek Lodge for 6 days, I'm so excited right now:D:D
One drawback though, the guys up at the lodge and me misunderstood each other a bit, cause I thought there would be a guide in the prize offer that I got. This was apparantly not the case, so therefor.....(ya'll see where I'm going with this??) are there anybody who's around the area in week 8, and could show two lost Norwegians some pow and hills?
Anyway: I'm coming over!!!:D:beer;

You will love that area. That is where we do most of our riding. I’m not sure what you mean “week 8”. If I’m around I would take you for a ride. :beer;

You wont have trouble finding "guides", however you may want to pack some food...and a flare gun.:face-icon-small-win Stay close to the Ut. 4M thier is always someone jonzing for a ride here.

"Week 8" The 8'th week into next year, in plane words we're coming over the 12'th of february and leaves in the morning of the 19'th.
haven't slept really good these last nights, just been laying there with a grin on my face:p

Hopeful i will have time off that week. What kind of riding do you like? There are no big hills but a lot of boondocking and some nice climbs.

Boondocking, pow, and riding in the woods. One thing I find challenging and fun is to go uphill between trees, it's both technical and alot of fun. I think that this will be alot of fun and a memory for life:)

It is an awesome place to ride and Beaver Creek is the best outfitter I've ever ridden with. I go there a couple times a year. I know its expensive, but their guide service is sweeeet. If you can afford it, do it...ask for Shane specifically and he will get you into any kind of riding you want. He's also pretty good with a camera, I always come home with over 200 pics of ourselves from him. (tell him Maxwell sent you).

Stay in touch with us on here! I would be happy to put a small group of Utah Mafia-ites together and show you some of our secret places! ;):D

Didn't catch this before......we're ON!!! :D That's the way I like it!!!

Word of advice, if you ride with Mafiosa types bring a saw, seen many a tree loose it life due to these guys. Actually seen one of the guy's pantys wad up once too. All I heard was Blake screaming for his Mommy!

Really you have a blast and welcome to the States......

HAHAHA!! Blake rides a pink sled, has a pink jacket, and is always crying for his mommy, woof has it on video. where's the vid scott?

HAHAHAHAHA!! Love the vid!!!
Thanks alot guys, and yes Sunridge we're on!!
I've already been in contact with Shane and got a pretty good first impression, so I'm looking forward to this.
Do check out the latest vid from the guys I ride with, they are sooooo envious of me coming over:D

Not a problem, the insurance is well taken care of. Got a step closer today when I trasferred some of the money to BCL to comfirn our stay. And now when I'm looking out my office window and see the mountain tops starting to get all covered in snow, I get a wierd tingeling sensation in my right thumb.....wonder why....:p

Ahhhhh....in under an month now, I'll be standing (hopefully) neck deep in powder swearing to myself for getting stuck for the x'th time in Utah snow:D

As I mentioned before: We have the sleds from friday 13'th(!!) till Wednesday 18'th, so if there are any local heroes in the area in this time who would find the time to show me and my brother some good places to play, I'd appreciate it alot.
Maby someone even got the time for a :beer; or :beer;:beer;:beer;:beer;:D

P.S: I have off'ed two trees this season, does this count regarding acceptance to the Utah Mafia:D
