illegal use of a snowmobile for back country skiers making us look bad

well apparently it's OK for fishermen and not skiers or riders in this case. Never heard of such a regulation. Sounds kinda dumb to me but at least the story expliained it instead of. "blatent disreguard by snowmobilier in You Tube video"It's ok for skiers to use sleds for access, afterall they are truly skiers, not riders.They are exempt from the rules.

Grand Teton national park is only letting 4 stroke "Clean" sleds access the lake for ice fishing only and not for recreational use of sleds. we have fought hard for snow planes and other forms of access but have been denied. We sort of have the same problem in the summer we do not have any PWC on the lake in the summer.
The least this guy could do is respect the national park regulations and ski his lazy azz accross the lake like everyone else who accesses the peak in winter. Or he could wait untill late spring and access it by boat. We are lucky even to have 4 stroke sleds accessing this incredible ice fishing lake. I am happy the guy and his buddies got caught and I will try to talk to the right people to make him pay the price for his arrogant act, in order to keep other people from doing the same. There are plenty of peaks in wyoming he can ride to in order for him to snowboard he doesn't have to ski in the park, but if that is what he wants to do he should play by the rules so it doesn't f$$k us.
