If you live near Spanaway and can serve a restraining order

I need help with serving a restraining order to a person that was involved in a home invasion robbery at my house this summer. ( for details do a search "home invasion robbery" in this section). The sheriff has been unable to contact him and serve the court order. The person knows how the system works and as long as we can not serve him in person the order can not be issued. We can not serve this our selfs , it must be done by a third party. If this is something you have time to do please give me a call
