185 knots = 212.9 mph
the treadmill is spinning backwards at 7.5mph, but the woman is remaining in a static position in relation to the fuselage, so she is flying "backwards" (the oposite direction she is facing) at 212.9mph in relation to the ground.

The head wind of 26.5 mph means the engines are actually producing enough thrust to propell the plane a total speed 239.4mph.

Which means the woman is actually traveling at a total speed of 239.4mph in relation to a single particle of air at a single point in time.

The climb rate of 3.125 mph, assuming the woman is still in a static position in relation to the fuselage, means the woman is accending at a rate of 3.125mph.
