Personally, I think they did it to bring attention to themselves. Any publicity is good publicity.

Face barely resembles him and they had to point it out to people to even notice.

And it all worked, because everyone is talking about it, and many people will go and watch that episode, pause it, rewind it, play it again.

It's like seeing the baby Jesus in a piece of toast.
