If this doesn't make it snow, what will?

I know, I should have started this project sooner. The way I see it, it is bound to snow now!!!

I hate changing tunnels. Guess I should quit breaking them.

I always run with two spares. I hate to blow a belt early in a ride and have no spare....Makes you worry and wonder the rest of the day. I usually don't need them, just a habit I got into years ago. I broke a motor mount on my ultra years ago on a DEEP powder day up at lost lake. No towing that day. Took 6 belts to limp it out of there. With belt prices these days, I would have been money ahead to call in a chopper! :beer;

Good eye, 2 clicps on the inside belt, and one on the outer.
Break is over, back out to start putting it all back together again.:beer;

Damn Tim, what the heck you up to? lol

My tunnel was cracked out in 3 places. There is no way it was goning to follow Doug another year without breaking in half. Speaking of following Doug, it is going back together with a different track and drivers for that very reason:D

Im with Mike.......get your old *** back to work!!!:D Why wash it the residual oil you can scrape togeather and start a fire with if you get stranded in the back country!!!;)

I hope you took pictures before you tore it apart or you will never get back together again. Hell, I guess if you can't figure it out I'll take a weekend and drive down and put it back together for you. If I do that though you have to ride your own machine to the top of the mountains this year. I am not putting your machine back together and getting it to the top every ride we go on this year..

looks like I have lots of time to get my sled back togeather from the looks of the mess on that shop floor.....almost looks like the aftermath of a train wreck....:eek:

I knew I was getting to catch h3ll from you about the floor as soon as I posted that pic. Almost deleted, cleaned up the floor and took another pic. What can I say. Just not enough hours in a day. You know how that one goes. I got the hard part done. Got them both apart, CLEANED UP, and the tunnel riveted back to the bulkhead and the foot wells back on. I sure wish my air riveter had picked a different time to die! That poor thing has pulled more rivets than I care to think about over the years. Time for a new one.
