The only good thing for me that has come from Obama is my wife hates him more than I do and she has lightened up on me buying any guns. I've bought 2 new ones in the last month.

Picked up 200 rounds of fresh 45 rounds (need the fresh casings for my reloading machine).
Already have "lots" of ammo for the 30-06, 30-30 and 30 cal burp.
Oh and I picked up 4 boxes for the 357. DOn't have the dies for that reload yet.

Funny you mention the movie Red Dawn. I bought a new AR-15 about 20 yrs ago. One of the first A-2 heavy barrels that came out. When I bought it I thought I would shoot the heck out of it so I bought a 1000 rounds along with it. I never shot it as much as I thought I would and probably have atleast 800+ rounds left. About 6-7 yrs ago I dug it out and thought I should sell this thing I never use it but the thought of that movie always prevents me from letting it go. I thought I was the only gun freak that thought that way. lol
