Idle question

Hello, i have a question about high idle for a 2011 800. After a cold start up my sled will idle at 2200/2300 for awhile. Id say for about 1 to 2 minutes, this just seems like to long especially when its extremely cold out and idling at 2300 for so long, it then drops down to 1800/1950. Is it just timed in the ecu or is it when the engine temp hits a certain temp? Even if i have it in a heated garage it will do this the same. My tps is set to the factory spec exactly as per PCV readings, ive confirmed the readings with a voltmeter as well.

Idle

I suspect it is warming up the exhaust temp probe. They are not heated like some O2 sensors and the ECU is probably running high RPM per the warm up curve. Almost like the auto choke on a carborated car.

I am running a vipec and idling my sled up to operating temp (130ish) doesn't even register a reading on the EGT probe. EGT has to read 110°C (whatever that is in that other system,) before it even starts registering, which requires throttle input.
