ideas for midweight jackets

I need to get a lighter weight jacket for spring riding (40-50 degrees daytime, till dusk when it's below freezing). So something windproof/waterproof. I need ideas for what and where to buy.

I Googled ToBe and couldn't find anything except they're a Swedish outfit that makes snow sport clothing. Do you know of a website or a sports store that sells it?
