Still a lot of snow. Unloaded in the Brundage Parking lot. (They actually told us we could) Trying to stay out of the mud in the main lot. Of course they had us unload in the "Pet" area. So you guessed it crap everywhere. O'well, they were pretty cool about it though.

Anyway back to the snow. Conditions today weren't the best overcast, foggy, warm. Started to snow around 1:00pm. snowing HARD when we loaded up.

Looks like a solid 6-7 feet at Big Hazard, Measure about 9 feet with the avy probe in a couple other spots.

Lots of riding left if you want to do it.

Lastly day cut a little short. 6000 miles on the old 1M skid. Starting to give way. :( Anyone have an old skid laying around, could use a few parts. :)

Thanks to STCATMAN, HCM and the rest of the guys for the quick thinking and getting this thing home. :)

I don't know whether to be happy I had the sled junky drop brackets or not. I don't know if the sled junky brackets were good or bad. Either they helped lead to the failure or without them the kid woundn't have been able to ride out missing the boggy wheel.

Parking at Brundage

We have been told by the manager at Brundage we can park in the NW corner of their upper or main parking lot and access the road from it. Go to where their snowcat goes out of the lot to the Goose Lake road. This is for the rest of this spring season only, and is an extremely nice consideration from them. This allows us to go right onto the road without having to turn around on it.

I also talked to a friend who went out Saturday the 21st and it was "great" north of Brundage. Still LOTS of snow up there!

Spud.
