Ice Scratcher replaceable tip

I am a flatlander with my first powder sled. I bought a 700 RMK Dragon 163 in March .

Only had a chance to put 259 miles on it before the season was over. About 200 of those were trail riding without any heat problems. I just bought a set of RSI scratchers and decided to make my own replaceable tip mounts. I have quite a few old style short studs from 30 years ago and will see how these work.



I attached a picture of of my tip mount with stud on the scratcher.

i hard surface mine,just get some rods and weld the tips,same as hard surfacing implement shovels...if your a farmer,but works well

HA! My dumb butt always forgets to pick 'em up when backing up too many times and they break WAY before I wear 'em down.......
