Ice nitrous kit info?

I came across an Ice Nitrous kit for my 04 800 rev. However I can't find any information on this kit. Does anyone have any info? Thanks in advance for the help.

I have one as well and it works well, but he went out of business, what is it that you need. I may have a manual and chubby on here might still have some jets for changing the shot.

I have nothing so any info would be great. Installation, set up etc. I would definatly appreciate the information.
