Ice Age Pro-Motion Link: Do these really work?

You guys that are trying these out let me know what you think of them. Looks like this link makes the rear of the skid flexible like Skidoo T Motion idea; supposedly helps for side hill and better control when crossing off camber ruts/bumps.

I have it. Makes a big difference. Idea of the design is that by the pivot being closer to the track, you don't get the washout effect some say they get with the t-motion. I also like that it involves no drilling or permanent modification.

When installing it I made a point of comparing before and after, and there is no question on a concrete floor..... out on the hill is subjective because I also have the narrow front end so no direct comparison has been available.

I also run soft front shocks and like the loose feel some call squirrelly, so for me it really works.

Thanks again bailer! I think I will just copy you, going to order the offset spindles and the pro-motion today. If you don't mind sharing, what spring length settings (all shocks) has turned out to be your favorite?

I had it on my pro ride. It did make it wash out a little easier but for side to side transfer it was nice

I have one and run a 36" front with it .. love it !!

I was reading Snowest Mag and it has a Column on Sidehilling ..

Says the wash out or skis up hill is from standing to far back and not turning skis out enough !! IDK I'm a newbie I guess but this thing flat out does what it advertises

I had it on my '13 Pro with Zollinger Narrowing Spindles and I really liked it, I kept the Pro-Motion for my Axys and am excited to try it out. I also bought a set of the narrow spindles for this one too. I'm going to run the skis in the most narrow position since I'm running the C&A BDX skis and I've read a couple reviews saying those skis make it a little harder to get up on edge. Can't wait to hit the snow!

You could do a Carl's Cut in those and report back .. I saw nothing but praise when they started cutting the edge off if Powder Pros
