WOOOOOWww I have to say that snow season hit me hard tonight.
A friend came back that had borrowed Tony's BMW r1150gs for a ride, he's had it for a couple of weeks, someone else had it for a couple of weeks before that. It seems that people are always borrowing it, but that's the kind of guy he is. I honestly don't know who's coming and going with all the bikes and Snow Hawks.

Annnnyhow I have say standing there in with the two Hawks in the garage was quite a site. He's tinkering with them, dont' ask me what' exactly because sadly I only catch about half of what he's talking about. But I'm there to hold a machine up or a screwdriver whenever needed. There are parts everywhere, just like most peoples garages.
One of the guys wanted to see my little baby snowmobile (the one with the daisy stickers) anyhow I showed him the trailer. Dropping down the back of that trailer was like opening up pandoras box. I hadn't been in the trailer all winter and wow it hit me like a ton of bricks. WINTER IS COMING.
I am still so freakin amped I have been on the internet the last two hours looking up snowy firelookout photos.
Anyhow I can't wait, I know gas is going to be rediculously expensive but who gives a crap. I don't have kids, my bills are under countrol and you only live once.
I am sooo unbelievably excited that I can't wait to see everyone riding and I can't wait to experience the peace and beauty and wild exhilarations that winter sports offer

I'm feelin it too. Spent the weekend out in the garage cleanin up my sled and day dreamin. It's comming.

Cheers!
Chris

Oh I have been feelin it too. Tore down my sled 2 weeks ago and had it sent off to Carl's, now I'm just waiting for it to get back and get her slapped back together. Not much this year other than engine work, but as the season moves in, I'm sure I'll think "well maybe we should do...."

Did the bi-monthly warm up of the sleds in the shop ('08 700RMK, '07 600RMK, '94 XLT) and daaaang do they smoke up the shop. But...the sound was glorious. I can only hope we get crazy snow this year like we did last season.

Crank went to Northern and Programmer went off for a re-map.... I think we should dub the fever the 1st official time you see your breath eh!!! LOL

Local snowmobile club clean-up party next weekend. Clearing trails, cutting firewood for the cabins, sign maintenance. That'll get the juices flowing!:face-icon-small-win

Big hoe, gonna be fun to run the M8 on N20 againts the 1000 this winter when i make my way down to bozo, i love orange sleds. i painted mine, silly black ski-doo

Picking up the new Assault Tuesday, cant wait. Fired up the M1000 last weekend. Gotta love the smell of two stroke:):beer;

Is the Snickers bar, part of the build? :D

Yeah it is, long nights in the garage lately.

Yeah I'm interested to see how that goes as well. It hangs with the M1K's without a problem...till the bottle goes dry. If I get beat I guess I'll be calling product tester to get twisted!

I really want to go start my sled but it is 7 hours away... :(

Don't worry Lee, I will start it up and see if I can make it farther on your sled then I did with my cat across cemetery pond when I head to your parents place this weekend.
