I want to tow my V nose with a Sled deck

Any recomendations? I want to tow my V neck trailer with my sled deck still on with sleds. Any one have any recomendations of which hitch extension I should ue or what?

just go to a camper or trialer sales place and pickup a twelve inch extension. if you go any more than that the trailer tows really crappy. i had a sixteen inch with two long track cats on with plenty of room, pullin the tunnels to the outside of the deck helps alot too.

There are a couple hitches out there designed to work with extensions. I used a Titan with a two foot extension for towing my enclosed when I had a cabover camper. The Titan hitch uses a 2.5" square tube that your standard 2" class III hitch slides into. It comes as a 36" extension but can be cut down if you do not neeed that much. Like others have said your trailer will not follow as well but it works and is designed for this purpose. There is also a hitch that uses two 2" tubes stacked instead of one and it is even heavier duty than the 2.5" singe tube I used but I don't recall it's name brand.

Superhitch

Tork lift in Kent washington, sells the Superhitch it is all you need. You will need to use load handling bars. This works great have used them on the last four trucks. Trailer tows just as good as without the extention. Good luck Jim
