I have one of these tee's also. I have had it for many years. Bought it from Crowley Offroad.

just right click on the image and hit (save image as) and when your
makeing the Tee click on up load image from disk hit contiune click on the (white color) box and center it on the shirt just play around with it i found that site on google in 2 mins had the image in 5 its real easy to do
