I really...REALLY... hate stupid people.

Well, tried to go catch a silver today on the stilly.

The water is still high, so where I normally go fishing there was only room for one guy. ME.

No one there but me and 20 minutes in this RETARD and his RETARD wife come down the bank on the other side of the bridge. Slips and falls in the mud, realizes I'm in the only fishable spot, and thinks to himself, "hey, lets go over there." By me.

When he arrives, he procedes to cast over my line, get a snag and spend 5 minutes un-snagging his big azz jig. Meanwhile I'm reeled in waiting patiently.

Then he goes on the other side of me, on a slippery log(remember the area of beach we are both on is about 10 feet wide) and casts again! Then gets a snag in a bunch of old line at the end of the log. Then this retard, when I'm about to ask his why the he!! he thinks he can fish 2 feet from me, asks me to hand his cell phone to his wife so he doesn't drop it in the river!!! OMG. That was enough to make me leave. Not only that but I didn't want to be there when the cross-eyed bastarrd fell in the swift current.

Just to ad insult to injury on my way home the indians had the river netted off just down stream from me..... If they want to be so true to their "heritage" maybe they should be out there with bow and arrows instead of netting off the whole F'n river with modern nets! AZZ HOLES.

Rant over.

Sorry to hear, but that is funny chit........

I got a great lure for that damm net stretched across the river. One big arse bale of straw just upstream. Screw the bastards! I hate their treaty, their casinos, smokeshops and just about everything they stand for. Hows that for a rant? And for the other guy......he just needs to be pushed into the river, let the indians catch him. He'll probably rot in there with all the salmon if they ever decide to sober upand check the nets. Have a nice day ;) Flakey we really need to go have a drink sometime :)

Just to add fuel to the fire, their hunting rights are beyond reason. The Cedar River Watershed in North Bend is off limits to all of us. Don't dare even step a foot in there. Not so for the Muckleshoot tribe. They go in there every year to hunt elk, bear, and cougar. Their annual bear hunt starts any day now and in good fashion they bait them. Fair hunting rules just don't apply to them.

Welcome to bank fishing---it is all about me:eek:

That seems to be the attitude alot of them have.

It can seem almost that bad on a boat as well---there is a whole ocean out there--but they will not change course--they cut you off and many toher rude things---it is all about them---they should all come out Tuna fishing and see what happens if youget within about 1/4 mile of another boat-----It ain't not pretty--do it to a commercial boat and they will sink ya.

The indians are making big money from us--get all of our benefits--welfare etc and still get their treaty rights:eek: They should go back to fish traps and spears for their fishing rights---maybe if they worked for the fish--they would not let them ROT and the sportsfisherman could actually catch fish after they drop in their nets--they rape and pileage worse than anyone.

What bridge?

Were you at the Marine Drive bridge? A buddy at work has been fishing the river and he has been telling us the same kinda stories. Sounds like a bunch of idiots.

If everyone or anyone was that concerned with salmon runs the first thing that should be done is remove ALL nets from the rivers. Stupidest thing I've ever seen. Good thing the indians are the enviromental keepers of the faith. Also when was the last patch of old growth forrest you've seen on a reservation. It WAS where the new casino is now. Hypocrits!!

Wow, that's recockulous!
That's the first time I have heard that.
All things considered I guess it's not that surprising.
Sad commentary tho.

What's even sadder is that local media won't pick it up and gov. officials have their hands tied. ***** and moan all you want and they'll sweep it under the carpet to keep the general public from hearing this. I've also heard they often use dogs to hunts cougars and bears. Hmmm.... not legal for you and I, but they can do what ever they want.

carry and extra spool of braid line around.. attach and start casting over the banky who is crowding you or just push him in the river...

:D

Almost fell off my chair laughing at that one!
