WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT AS THE FIRST SIGNIFICANT
WINTER STORM AFFECTS THE AREA...

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR WEST CENTRAL COLORADO.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP AGAIN THIS AFTERNOON
AND CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT. THE BEST CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE OVER MOUNTAINOUS TERRAIN AND AREAS SOUTH OF THE
INTERSTATE 70.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND
EVENING. THEN A STRONG PACIFIC STORM WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA
WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK. PRECIPITATION CHANCES
WILL BE HIGH ACROSS THE AREA...WITH SNOW OVER THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS.
HEAVY SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE POSSIBLE ABOVE 9000 FEET IN THE SAN JUAN
MOUNTAINS LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT...WITH
HAZARDOUS WINTER CONDITIONS POSSIBLE.

COOLER AND UNSETTLED WEATHER WILL CONTINUE THROUGH SATURDAY...THEN

7 inches in my mtns behind my house going up for a rode ride tomoro night hopefully be around 2 feet by then ill post pics
 
the race for the first ride Begins! looks good all over right now I can see the chuska Mtns in AZ from here beyond shiprock are snow covered thats all less than 9500'
 
27-30 base reported at wolf creek ski area ! ITS ON Im closing early ! More snow is on the way

the ski area will also be open begining saturday !


last year was the lastest Ive ever ridden May 22 in pow and this is the earliest I have ever ridden oct 7 in pow !:face-icon-small-coo
