I NEED HELP !!!skidoo 780/1000 triple bog problems?

I am having problems with a 90's 780 with a union Bay 1000 tripple that is having serious problems. When held wide open it runs great for 10 seconds then it starts to bog down, plugs are brown. Just wondering if it couls be a CDI problem? any suggestions?
