I need help on left hand throttle for snowmachine Fx Nytro XTX

I want to install a left hand throttle on my FX Nytro XTX and don't know which brand to buy that would fit proffessionally on my sled. I don't want junk and problems. Are they easy to install . Please help me.

Thank You
Clem

Better have on your fire suit asking about lefty's. I've been flamed a bunch by the "True" mountain riders for having one.

That said, I have been using the Snobunje lefty for a couple years now from an Apex to my current Dragon. I like the contour of the lever, the ability to clamp over the grip, and the fact that you can easily disconnect it on the throttle side for the 95% of the time that you don't need it. It is easy to install with the provided instructions and it is a simple design going straight across from left grip to right.

I agree that once you have the time on your sled that you are riding it instead of it riding you, you wont need a lefty. I am almost ther, but I can also say that my lefty has gotten me out of a ton of bad situations and no doubt saved me some major coin. Good luck with your search. EW

The go and the don't go are not in the right spot for us retarded people. LEFT means stop..RIGHT means go...Go when you mean STOP hurts! I don't drive in Europe either...LOOKOUT!

I've used the Gold Finger an my last 2 sleds(Polaris and Tapex). I like the simple install and the fact that it has a safety pin to lock it out when loading/unloading or when a rookie is riding the sled.

i've been happy with my gravity worx billet lefty on my apex, it uses top notch parts like nice and clean looking steel braided sealed cables, lockout feature and it fits between grip and controls for a clean and trick look.

We have had great success with the Goldfinger. It is now the only one we stock in house and have no complaints about the fit/finish or the performance. I have tried the old school expensive leftys myself and love the Goldfinger.
