I need a new Helmet!

What kind of helmet is everyone riding these days. I like the open face motocross helmet but thinking I should get a snowmobile specific one to keep me a tiny bit warmer. I've looked at 509 and like there goggles but very few color/model choices in helmets so any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

I am pretty open on helmets at this point right now...but I did just get a new pair of Dragon goggles and I absolutely love them!

I like my F4 Klim helmet. It comes with a winter and a summer liner and extra visor, helmet bag and some small other things.
Pretty pricey but I also use it for motorcycling.

No they're not Klim, 509 or TL, but they are DOT cert, look good and the price?

That said, a bunch of us ride with DownhillMTB helmets, I have the Giro Remedy. Super light, super dope. But it is not super insulated. That's what the bala's for.

Not impressed with my 509 for the price.... I would buy something cheaper dot certified as I tend to replace every 3 or 4 years.. always bought hjc, I may go back next time or even cheaper...

i just bought a new hjc. i REALLY want a shoei vfx but i just couldnt bite off on the price. ive ran the hjcs before and for the price, you can get a new one every couple years. motofrugals is def the place to go. They have great deals, great selection and great people to work with!

Holy molly I dont think I'd fit into a XL but great offer. Appreciate all the help now to just search for the right one. Rather spend a few dollars and keep a nice one. I tend not to go through them very often.

im rocking one of the $39 helmets from powerhouse. i got it last year and has been great so far. switched to my current helmet from a hjc and it is very similar and you cant beat the price.
